Part Time Bookkeeper - Flexible Hours
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to work 20hrs a week and join our team in a friendly office environment.
We are a specialists Fine Art Packing & Shipping company with a range of clients including all the major Auction Houses. We offer complete services to transport valuable and fragile items within the UK and around the World.
Wage £12.00 p.h
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience in an accounts based role
• Excellent SAGE Line 50 bookkeeping skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Be discreet, confidential and trustworthy
• Experience with excel
• Excellent client interaction skills
Job responsibilities will include:
• Process sales and purchase invoices
• Reconcile all bank transactions using Sage 50
• Credit control
• Ensuring prompt and accurate payment of invoices
• Liaison with clients regarding queries
